will i be taxed?
only if you are a colorado state resident. colorado residents will see that your state sales tax is calculated for you as part of your check-out procedure.
how long will it take for my order to ship?
in stock orders will ship in 1-3 business days. you will receive an email confirming your tracking number, and contact information to help you track your shipment. if an item is out of stock it will ship in 5-7 business days.
how and where do you ship?
deliveries to the 48 contiguous states will be made via fedex ground. the shipping costs are calculated for you during your check-out procedure. if you are outside the 48 states please contact us at international@intheboxstorage.com and we will be happy to contact you regarding shipping to your destination.
do i need to assemble my cabinet?
no assembly required! your storage cabinet arrives fully assembled. you simply need to reattach the handles which have been removed for shipping purposes.
